Booking accommodation in student houses of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology for participants of IFLA Congress 2017 in Wroclaw.
It is possible to book cheap accommodation in student houses of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, located near the Centennial Hall, where the IFLA Congress is held.

We offer: double rooms, shared bathroom for two rooms, refrigerator in each room.
Rooms in basic standard:
Double room: price 55 PLN / 13 Euro
Single room: price 110 PLN / 26 Euro
Room fittings / module:
1 module: 2 double rooms (or 2 single rooms) + shared dressing room and bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror) for maximum 4 people
1 rubbish bin in the module
Bedding (quilt + pillow + sheet + cover + pillow case)
Kitchen equipment (1 kitchen on the floor) - 1 kettle for 1 kitchen
Department of Students Houses provides cleaning of common parts of the building (kitchen cleaning, dining room, sweeping and cleaning of the external stairs, cleaning of elevators)
Laundry
On the campus, in every student house on the floor are available laundering - use by recharging chips. Recharge possible in every student home at the reception.
Cost of 1 washing 4 PLN.
Internet
Wi-Fi available in the lobby of each student residence; in the rooms - by cable.
Parking
Parking is unlimited for all residents

- Title of correspondence: Accommodation IFLA 2017
- Name and surname
- Place of work
- Reservation dates (from - to)
- Methods of payment - Credit card (payment on check in), Transfer (preferred form of payment)
If you need invoice, please provide the name and address of the institution that covers the cost of accommodation.

Reservations must be made by July 15, 2017.
On the campus will be available canteens, bars, shops where you can buy food.

During IFLA WLIC 2017, volunteer opportunities will be available to foreign librarians. On behalf of the National Committee of the IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2017, the Polish Librarians’ Association invites librarians from other countries to take part in volunteering during the IFLA WLIC in Wrocław.
About 300 volunteers are sought to assist the IFLA participants during the conference. Financial benefits of volunteering include free registration (if you commit to at least three half days of volunteering), complimentary lunches on the Congress site on the days of service and a certificate of attendance in IFLA volunteering.
During the volunteering service, each volunteer will be covered, free of charge, by a casualty insurance.
For IFLA volunteers we offer accommodations in comfortable rooms in the students’ halls of residence of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, located near WLIC 2017 venue. The booking form will be available from April.
